Perini Management Services performed this building retrofit project as a task order under an Air Force contract for Sustainment, Restoration & Maintenance type work. The work included phased interior repairs and renovations in order to accommodate a new mission team, while avoiding disruption to existing Air Force personnel working within the building. The project scope included minor architectural work, significant mechanical/electrical work, demolition and installation of a new emergency generator, chiller and cooling tower, and construction of a vestibule addition to the exterior. Renovation included construction of two Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF) areas in accordance with ICD 705.
