Perini Management Services performed this project under a Vertical Structures Indefinite Quantity Contract with USAID - Afghanistan. The scope included construction of utility infrastructure (potable water well, pump, piping and storage; on-site septic and sewer system; stormwater collection piping and retention basins; electric service and power distribution; underground date and telephone systems). Site improvements included roadways and sidewalks, parking lot, decorative tile paving in assembly area, fencing and gates, final grading and landscaping. Site preparation work included demolition, site clearing and demining. All work was performed while the school was in session.
