Perini Management Services assumed responsibility for this multi-facility housing project, which had lain dormant for two years following the default of the original contractor. Perini performed significant clearing and grubbing and established perimeter security before commencing the cleaning, repair of damage, and remaining renovations to twelve 8 to 12-unit apartment buildings. We also resumed construction of the partially renovated Community Building and attached Day Care Center. Perini's scope includes replacement of underground utilities, new concrete paving, curbs, gutters and sidewalks, grading, hardscaping and landscaping of courtyard areas.
