Perini Management Services, Inc., is the prime contractor for the design-bid-build repair and replacement of elevators #1 and #2 in a 750 foot shaft. The scope of work includes replacement off all components of two service elevators including structural steel supports and rails. It also includes the full replacement of the primary electrical distribution system and emergency generator.
